UV Laser (MicroLine 1120)

We have a UV Laser machine from LPKF Laser electronics in Germany since March 2019. We mainly do laser polyamide Flex-Prints. Dimensions we can process are 250 x 300mm Maximum accuracy 0,05mm Data processing: Gerber data materials we can cut are:

Due to the very short wavelength, the UV Laser is basically able to cut almost all materials.

Samples:

  • F3/FR4/FR5 Materials

  • Polyamides

  • Ceramics

  • BT Materials

  • LCP based Circuit Boards

  • PTFE based Circuit Boards

  • Non - Ferrous metals up to 0.1mm thick

  • EMC materials

The limitation is usually the thickness of the materials. At a certain point, the laser takes a long time to separate. FR4, sample we recommend up to a maximum of 1.6mm. For Ceramics it is more in the range of 200-300um.
